Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for over 20 clients, including categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records to ensure client confidence in their numbers.
Communicate regularly with clients, providing insight and support tailored to their business needs.
Collaborate with our team to deliver outstanding client experiences and support overall financial strategy initiatives.

Required
A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (you’re the go-to expert).
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with incredible attention to detail.
Someone who thrives in a virtual work environment and is comfortable managing their time independently.
