Responsibilities
Create datasets in Amazon Web Services (AWS) QuickSight and configure detailed dashboards.
Collect and analyze data from various sources, including the data warehouse, using SQL and DQL queries to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the report's purpose.
Work on implementing proofs of concept using business intelligence and data visualization technologies and also develop/enhance new or existing dashboards.
Use appropriate data visualization techniques (graphs, charts, tables, etc.) to present complex information in a visually appealing and understandable manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, department heads, and clients to understand their reporting requirements and address any questions or concerns.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to reporting and analytical tools. Apply new knowledge and techniques to enhance reporting processes.
Monitor and update existing reports to ensure accuracy, relevance, and timeliness. Modify reports as required based on feedback and changing needs.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of report specifications, methodologies, and data sources. Keep track of revisions, updates, and version control.
Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Explore opportunities to automate report generation using business intelligence and analytical tools.

Required
3+ years of related experience
Experience with Data Visualization tool such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
Experience in writing complex SQL scripts using Trino, Presto, Postgres SQL, Oracle or other relational Databases
Demonstrate strong SQL skills for analysis, validation, and verification of data
Familiarity with Agile methodology
Experience with task tracking and documentation tools such as Jira or Confluence
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information to stakeholders
Excellent collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Relevant and related technical training, certification(s) or degree
Preferred
AWS Certification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with AWS including RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, Lambda, Athena, S3, Glue or Lake Formation, et al.
Experience with Linux, Python, Git
