Responsibilities

Lead the team of developers and also contribute to development/maintenance of Chatbots

Ensure that the incidents and minor enhancements are delivered per the SLAs

Review the code and design documents and ensure that the code delivered by the team Is as per defined governance process and standards

Work with the offshore team on the deliverables and clarifications

Act as the Liaison between the client and offshore team
