Responsibilities
Show up, even when you don’t feel like it. We get it, you’re tired. But if you think you can skip out on your daily tasks and still make bank, you’re fooling yourself. Be consistent, show up for the team, and put in the effort every day.
Grind through lead generation. No one’s handing you business. You need to generate your own leads, and we’ll give you the scripts and tools to do it. If you’re allergic to making calls, this might not be the place for you.
Work with clients who don’t know what they want, but still need to be shown houses. You’ll need to be patient, knowledgeable, and ready to show homes to clients who are still figuring it out. And we expect you to follow up like a pro.
Write offers and negotiate like a boss. You won’t be holding anyone’s hand, but you’ll be getting in the trenches to help negotiate offers. If you can’t stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen.
Participate in team activities like Power Up, script practice, and client events. We’re a team. That means showing up for Power Up calls, script practice, and any client-facing activities. If you ghost us, expect us to notice. We’ll hold you accountable, and we expect you to show up. Period.
Track tasks and progress with PLACE Technology. We’ve got a killer CRM, and we expect you to use it. Tracking your calls, appointments, and tasks is non-negotiable.
