Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research and analyze housing data trends to create comprehensive real estate consulting reports with strong, supportable conclusions.
Utilize our proprietary consumer research and design databases to provide valuable insights for individual consulting assignments.
Analyze demographic trends and their impact on specific consulting projects.
Depending on your experience level, you may participate in various stages of project management, including planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closing of consulting engagements.

Required

A bachelor’s degree and a passion for the real estate industry.
Highly organized, quick learner with strong Excel/ database skills and exceptional writing ability.
Proficiency in economic analysis, market research, and creative problem-solving is essential.
Two to four years of experience in real estate, finance, valuation, appraisal, market research, or a related field.
Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and committed to uncompromised ethics.
A willingness to travel (sometimes overnight, by car or plane).
