Responsibilities
Review and analyze real estate appraisal reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Verify the validity of data used in appraisals, including property details, market trends, and comparable sales.
Provide feedback and recommendations to appraisers to improve the quality of their reports.
Collaborate with appraisers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues found in appraisal reports.
Maintain detailed records of all reviewed appraisals and related communications.
Stay updated on changes in real estate appraisal regulations and industry best practices.

Required
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate appraisal or appraisal review.

Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
