Responsibilities
Meet/exceed growth targets in number of new locations launched
Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, property managers, and the brokerage community. Foster and grow the existing portfolio.
Negotiate and close new contracts and extensions for June Homes.
Perform inspections of newly launched homes in the local market as needed.
Work closely with cross functional partners across various departments including Launch, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Business Analytics.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Business Development and deal making experience, Real Estate experience preferred, but not required
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and relevant KPIs
Preferred
Brokers License preferred, not required
CRM (Hubspot) experience preferred
