Responsibilities

Experience representing the lender/financial institution on real estate transactions through closings

Keen understanding of the commercial loan/mortgage procedures/processes

Experience in all issues surrounding real estate purchases, sales, leases, and construction/development, including letters of intent, governmental/land use issues, any/all encumbrances, liens, and/or liabilities

Strong experience in title policy review

Strong experience in contracts, contract negotiations

Knowledge of the commercial real estate market trends

Ability and desire to interface with lender clients and prospective clients
