Reaching out to brokers, realtors, developers, investors, builders and managing and tracking and SELLING our deals.

Establishing lasting relationships with buyers and effectively communicating with them throughout the process to sell the land deals.

Selling our deals to brokers, realtors, investors, developers - ANYONE.

Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills are necessary to create relationships that foster successful property acquisition processes.

Excellent experience of any CRM software and digital tools for managing leads.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build and develop relationships with buyers and other stakeholders

Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results
