Responsibilities
Transaction coordination; draft contracts, and collaborate with the sales, builders, and investors to provide a smooth transaction and enhance client experiences.
Administrative Assistance; Updating property inventories and scheduling investor consultations. Manage CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss) and property databases. Develop email marketing strategies to engage and nurture leads.
Marketing Assistant; Create and manage marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Assisting with webinars, YouTube Scripts, presentations and other tasks as required. Design graphics and edit videos for promotional content, webinars and YouTube videos.

Required
Active Florida Real Estate License.
2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate or property management.
Proficiency in social media management and campaign optimization.
Knowledge of real estate tools (MLS, DocuSign).
Expertise in digital marketing, including Google SEO, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Basic website management knowledge (HTML or WordPress preferred).
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovative content creation.
Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance and apply data-driven strategies.
A team player who collaborates effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-location filming, property tours or events.
Flexible schedule, with availability for occasional evening or weekend events/webinars.
