Responsibilities
In collaboration with Sr. Real Estate Managers, support fleet growth strategies and initiatives.
Working directly with landlords, negotiate and execute lease renewals, renovations and lease actions.
Source, negotiate and execute temporary leases, as required, for major capital projects.
Source, negotiate and execute storage, parking, and signage agreements.
Liaise with attorneys to review, negotiate and finalize lease documents.
Support capital projects by producing real estate presentations; and
Collaborate with lease administration on amendment reviews and other real estate activities whilst managing lease databases, reports and key lease dates.

Required
3 - 5+ yrs related real estate experience
Strong negotiation skills
Confident familiarity with lease documents and leasing strategies
Effective problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and partners
Resourceful, and high level of initiative
Proven work ethic with utmost integrity
Desire to excel and succeed
Authorization to work in the USA is required for this role
