Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy: Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Event Management and Communications products, in line with the OHAI portfolio strategy.
Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with healthcare stakeholders to gather insights, ensuring the products address market needs.
Product Development & Innovation: Drive new product development and enhancements to existing solutions, utilizing innovative approaches to meet market demands and improve competitive positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, consulting, sales, and other teams to manage product releases, integration, and successful deployment to clients.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage market research, analytics, and feedback to inform product direction and prioritize features based on customer impact and business goals.
Agile Product Management: Own the product backlog, define user stories, and lead Agile development to deliver solutions that address real-world healthcare challenges.
Thought Leadership & Evangelism: Serve as a product ambassador, sharing the product vision and strategy through presentations, conferences, and social media.
Quality & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure development processes are being met and well documented to ensure your product maintains regulatory compliance. Serve as the product representative during external regulatory audits (i.e. FDA, MDSAP).

Required
