Responsibilities
Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for Norstella’s suite of data assets.
Partner with RWD engagement and implementation managers to facilitate successful onboarding for new clients.
Execute go-to-market strategies for new offering launches.
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to build internal and external marketing plans.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
Document buyer’s process and drive changes to sales and marketing processes.
Support creation of use cases and persona development for market leading products.
Develop sales tools, implementation and marketing materials.
Ensure pricing and packaging align with market value and revenue targets.
Define and validate ROI and document client success stories.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or High Science degree
5-10 years of experience in either product marketing, product management or delivery manager role supporting real world data offerings (Lab, Claims, Prescription, EMR, Hub, Specialty pharmacy data)
5+ years of product marketing experience in software servicing the pharmaceutical industry
Excels in fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environments with an ability to succeed in a cross-functional organization
Demonstrated ability to understand and synthesize complex concepts into simple, powerful and engaging positioning and messaging
Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Comfortable interacting with senior-level clients and partners
Strong writing and PowerPoint skills are required
