Responsibilities

Landfill Geospatial Program Development: Oversee the strategic development of geospatial programs that align with corporate objectives and drive operational insights.

Program Evaluation & Improvement: Develop and apply evaluation methods to assess program strengths, identify areas for improvement, and ensure continuous enhancement.

Enterprise Solution Integration: Coordinate and integrate multiple complex projects, collaborating with senior management, various board and steering committees, functional leaders, and team leaders to deliver landfill business solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Problem Solving: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges, incorporate suggestions, test and refine solutions, and institutionalize improvements.

Process Improvement Leadership: Drive consistency and quality in implementing key business processes across the enterprise, with ongoing verification of improvements post-implementation.

Training & Development: Lead the development and execution of training programs to ensure effective adoption and sustainment of processes and technologies across landfill operations.
