Responsibilities

Optimize Rebate Programs: Oversee auditing of rebates, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure rebate payments are accurate and timely for internal and external partners.
Data Analysis Mastery: Analyze large data sets, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights on pricing, utilization metrics, and rebate guarantees.
Quarterly Reporting: Manage the full rebate process, from estimates to disbursements, ensuring that all claims and payments align with client agreements.
Drive Efficiency: Review contracts, identify automation opportunities, and streamline reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate & Educate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure tracking measures for drug pricing and rebates are met, and educate on forecasting and data analysis techniques.

Required

Strong experience in data analysis and reporting with a deep understanding of statistical methods and tools.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (think Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Index-Match) and proficiency with data manipulation and presentation.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical pricing, National Drug Codes (NDC), and pharmacy contract terminology.
Motivated, independent, and capable of thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Associate’s Degree in Business Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
At least 2 to 5 years of experience in financial and statistical reporting, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
