Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record shipments

Unload packages and check contents to match orders

Update records and follow up with suppliers

Lead receiving team and assist Receiving Manager

Check in all inbound POs and verify product and counts

Schedule inbound appointments via email and phone

Direct inbound drivers and aid outbound pickup drivers

Update receiving LDM board daily and post general info messages

Operate stand-up and/or sit-down fork trucks

Monitor put away/stocking

Process inbound and return paperwork

Communicate with buyers or pottery team for inbound

Report discrepancies to buyers

Assist warehouse with inventory concerns

Warehousing/DistributionStand-up Fork TrucksSit Down Fork TrucksSAP (WM)

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in warehousing/distribution desired

Ability to operate a stand-up and/or sit down fork trucks

SAP (WM) experience is desired

Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs and frequently lift 20 – 30 lbs
