Responsibilities
Greet visitors and create a positive first impression of the organization
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff members
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx or similarly delivered packages
Scan and close all delivery manifests each day
Scan and email all invoices sent to the branch to A/P shared services
Assist Area Administrator as needed

Required
Knowledge of basic office equipment, including but not limited to computers, telephone systems, copiers and fax machines
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
High school diploma or equivalent; Friendly, inviting personality.
Exceptional verbal communications skills and dependable.
