Responsibilities

General reception duties including greeting visitors and vendors, answering and directing incoming phone calls, maintaining inventory of office supplies, and mail sorting/distribution.

Facilities management back-up/support such as assisting the Facility Manager, participating in Life Safety team events, monitoring breakroom supplies, and providing general administrative support.

Office concierge responsibilities like assisting with the check-in process, monitoring office occupancy, preparing reports, and ensuring conference rooms are set up and functional.

Required

Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of two (2) years previous receptionist experience required.

Five years (5) experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Must have excellent grammar and be capable of communicating with individuals in a professional manner.

Must possess a professional appearance at all times.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.

Good organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up in a timely manner on open items.

Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis.

Regular and reliable attendance.
