Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations including answering calls and greeting visitors.
Handle office vendors and supplies such as deliveries, office machines, and break room items.
Coordinate and train backup support staff.
Maintain inventory of office and break room supplies.
Ensure the lobby, break room, and office areas are organized and clean.
Assist with data entry and reports in the Agency Management System.

Required
100% onsite availability 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Manage front desk operations (i.e. incoming calls, greeting visitors)
Manage office vendors including but not limited to delivery, office machines, coffee service, water company, etc.
Coordinate and train backup support
Maintain inventory of office and break room supplies
Keep lobby, break room, and general office areas organized and tidy
Assist with data entry and reports in Agency Management System
Authorized to work in and currently reside in the United States
