Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in an active setting
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence
Provide additional administrative support when needed
Maintain upkeep of the office area when needed
Archive Documents to designated Folder into our system and Print out Document for Production team

Required
Must have at least 6 months office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Quickbooks experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have a professional phone demeanor
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient with peripheral devices, such as copier, fax machine, scanner, etc.
Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
Must be fluent in English
Preferred
Completion of some college coursework desirable
