Responsibilities
Matching trade and fuel invoices to vendor statements and bank EFTS
Entry of non-trade invoices
Review and editing of store-entered invoices
Initiation of vendor payments
Identification of cost discrepancies

Required
Experience with PDI (Professional Data Technologies, Inc.)
Experience with other large ERP systems
Strong skills in MSoft365 applications, specifically Excel
Experience with 3-way match accounting processes
Experience manipulating a large volume of data, with concentration on high-volume low dollar reconciliation
Ability to manage various import/export batches and analyze errors in output reports
Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate with the organization’s vendors and operation’s team effectively
Time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and autonomously with minimal supervision
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
