Responsibilities

Responsible for the delivery of recruiting services and programs including the identification and recruitment of individuals to fill open positions in a timely and cost-effective manner

Responsible for continuously sourcing applicants for potential openings; maintaining a pipeline of qualified individuals

Responsible for staffing temporary projects in a timely and cost effective manner

Responsible for recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and degree verifications

Fully utilizing and maintaining candidate, applicant, and new hire databases

Conducts high quantity evaluation interviews for candidates

Answers candidate inquires throughout the application process

Maintains relationships with candidates to ensure successful subsequent placements

Demonstrates knowledge of local terms and conditions of employment and benefits.
