Responsibilities
Owning incoming Expert recruitment requests from our premier clients
Assessing client scopes and building a recruitment strategy to meet our clients’ knowledge needs
Building relationships with our Experts (including onboarding, ongoing communication, scheduling for Expert engagements, and any other needs as they arise)

Required
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) from accredited university or higher.
Eligibility to work in market for which you’re applying.
English language fluency.
Proficient in Spanish OR German OR French.
Comfortable operating in a high throughput, KPI-centric environment with competing priorities.
Accountability for positive Client and Expert outcomes.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and enjoy spontaneous interactions.
Critical thinking and solution-orientation.
Curiosity about the healthcare & life sciences sector and desire to grow your subject matter expertise.
Comfortable negotiating and networking with established healthcare professionals.
