Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers to draft and post job descriptions.

Source candidates from a diverse pool of talent and communities.

Build and maintain relationships with internal clients (hiring managers) and external clients (candidates/headhunters/schools, etc).

Coordinate details for each phase of the recruiting process (scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, etc.)

Provide advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Serve as the first point of contact for candidates.

Other duties as needed.
