Responsibilities
Manage the top-of-funnel recruiting process for high-volume sales positions, including reviewing inbound applications and sourcing passive candidates to build strong candidate pipelines.
Conduct video/phone screens to identify top candidates and maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline.
Schedule and organize interviews, debriefs, and follow-ups with hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates.
Support and manage hiring events, facilitating 8-week sprints to onboard classes of 10-15 ISRs.
Ensure accurate and timely disposition of candidates within our ATS and manage multiple Excel trackers.
Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants and move through the process to be hired.
Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Work backwards in hiring sprints to meet very specific deadlines.
Respond proactively to changing hiring needs and priorities to support other departments as needed.

Required
3-5 years in recruiting, with at least 1 year supporting a sales/revenue organization and high-volume hiring.
Minimum 1 year as a recruiting coordinator, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
Proficiency in using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, along with strong skills in Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment, demonstrating strong flexibility and proactive approach to problem-solving.
