Responsibilities
Responsible for developing trusted recruiting partnerships with hiring managers through demonstrated recruiting leadership skills.
Use proactive recruitment methods to build relationships with potential candidates for employment with Apria.
Partner with assigned corporate hiring managers to determine current and future hiring needs.
Identify, acquire and maintain non-traditional sourcing strategies to acquire best possible talent.
Establish, cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships for future candidate pipeline.
Conduct full life cycle recruiting including position posting, sourcing, screening and recommending placement of staff.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure achievement of recruiting goals.
Manage candidate activity and provide consistent documentation using the Applicant Tracking System.
Manage internal transfer of candidates including screening, coordinating of interviews and offer details.
Maintain network of candidates and professional associates through contact and visibility within the local business community.
Performs other duties as required.

Required
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
At least three years of full life-cycle recruiting is required.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System required.
Self-motivated with high level of independence.
Strong relationship building skills.
Excellent written and oral communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual, team and company goals.
Strong Business Acumen.
Knowledge of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, ADA, etc.)
Basic Microsoft Office Skills
English (reading, writing, verbal)
Basic math skills
Preferred
Working with call center recruiting is strongly preferred.
Experience with Workday preferred.
