Responsibilities
Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and craft effective job descriptions
Managing the full recruiting lifecycle - from attracting candidates to presenting final selections
Building relationships with hiring managers to become their trusted talent advisor
Screening and evaluating candidates, particularly for tech and startup roles
Providing consultative guidance to help companies optimize their hiring process

Required
Experience in both recruiting and client relationship management
Strong understanding of tech/startup hiring needs and culture
Excellent communication skills - you'll be crafting job descriptions and representing our brand
Ability to evaluate talent and provide thoughtful candidate assessments
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently
Experience with modern workplace tools (Google Suite, Notion, Slack)
