Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment process for hourly/non-exempt positions, partnering with business development leaders, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviewing, progress reporting, and orientation
Administer employment life cycle activities for assigned business units, including talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, progressions/promotions, development, exit process, and background checks
Interpret policies and procedures, providing guidance to business development leaders and team members
Work to increase effectiveness and efficiency of HR by providing guidance to all staff regarding front-line employee relations and schedules
Identify, design and implement processing efficiencies as needed
Other duties as assigned

Required
Proven expertise in Human Resources.
Experience in background check, administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, and training.
Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment process for hourly/non-exempt positions.
Ability to partner with business development leaders.
Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
Ability to provide guidance to business development leaders and team members.
Ability to work to increase effectiveness and efficiency of HR.
Ability to identify, design and implement processing efficiencies.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree.
2 years of recruiting experience.
