Responsibilities

Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.

Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.

Conduct initial interviews, maintaining accurate candidate notes and rating scales.

Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team.

Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, and position requirements.

Demonstrated experience providing candidate assessments as necessary.

Arrange management interviews by coordinate schedules, and any required travel arrangements.

Perform reference checks as need.

Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.

Manage the overall job posting, interview and selection process, ensuring all screening, and selection is done in accordance with company policies, employment laws and regulations.
