Responsibilities
Evaluate candidates' resumes and applications to align with position requirements, focusing on experience, education, and skills.
Schedule and conduct structured phone interviews using standardized scripts.
Document candidate information and interview outcomes promptly in the applicant tracking system.
Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, career fairs, and referrals.
Perform skills assessments, background checks, and reference checks to verify qualifications.
Communicate job duties, responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and company policies to candidates.
Prepare and submit Job Opening Status Reports to facilitate approval for employment offers.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with local regulations and company policies.
Collaborate on recruitment and selection projects to improve hiring efficiency.
Develop and implement cost-effective recruiting strategies, including advertisements and career fairs.
Manage high-volume recruitment for hourly and customer support roles.
Contribute to team goals by fostering a collaborative and supportive recruitment environment.
Use Greenhouse (preferred) or other ATS platforms to manage recruitment workflows.
Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms for candidate sourcing and engagement.
