Responsibilities
You'll own the recruiting process from inception through close for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring candidate and hiring manager experience are exceptional throughout every step of the way
You’ll work closely with our hiring teams to take a holistic approach in building each organization
You’ll work with the Head of Talent on developing progressive sourcing and engagement strategies to develop a quality pipeline of talent
You’ll drive a goal of enabling the pipeline for diverse candidates in order to continue building an inclusive environment at Deepgram
You'll make informed data driven decisions that build efficiencies into the recruiting process

Required
Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter owning processes and driving results
Ability to flex between highly technical hiring and business, go-to-market roles
Consultative approach to driving a skills based hiring process
Ability to create diverse pools of candidates through a combination of sourcing and in-bound talent
Optimize for efficiency while implementing best practices in talent management
Preferred
