Responsibilities
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future placement opportunities
Maintain strong relationship and open communication with assigned hiring managers
Conduct interviews and screenings, via phone or video conference
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates and hiring managers
Meet weekly quotas related to outreach and pipeline management

Required
At least two years of recruiting experience managing the entire recruiting process, from sourcing through new hire onboarding
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to fill assigned opportunities
