Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers across key org functions to scale their respective teams, advising them on search strategy from role intake to close

Collaborating with Sourcers & Coordinators, own full-cycle recruiting and use data to make tactical decisions that improve the end-to-end search process

Collaborate with sourcers and Hiring Managers to develop DEI sourcing strategy that aligns with our company objectives

Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of reducing bias and making the best hiring decisions

Required

5+ years of cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled companies (either in-house or a combination of agency & in-house)

Function as a business partner to hiring managers, providing data and market intel to drive towards effective decisions together

Understand the importance of an inclusive, structured hiring process that will reduce bias in Headway’s decision making

Strategic, data-driven thinker, who analyzes sourcing stats and pipeline pass-through rates to optimize the hiring process

Scrappy & creative thinker who will find out-of-the box ways to source top talent

Comfortable navigating through the inevitable ambiguity of a startup

Relentless drive to improve efficiency for the team and all stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
