Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions across the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
Manage the Intern program.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking.
Maintain an organized and efficient applicant tracking system.
Build relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Conduct reference checks and facilitate the offer process.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
Support employee engagement and retention efforts through various projects.
Contribute to the enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
Participate in training and development initiatives as needed.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects related to talent management.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in ADP WorkforceNow required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of current federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but within a strategic framework.
Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments at the same time; and know how to prioritize them.
Occasional travel may be required.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Preferred
Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred.
