Responsibilities
Search, and screen applicants, conduct interviews, and arrange interviews with the senior team
Identifying suitable consultants that meet client requirements
Proactively build relationships with internal stakeholders
Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective consultants
Conduct job interviews to ensure candidates’ skills and qualifications match the job requirements
Respond quickly and accurately to hiring manager requirements
Ensure client and candidate management tools are used effectively and efficiently within the team and across the company for knowledge-sharing
Liaise with candidates to ensure they are fully advised on processes and progress, ensuring all candidates receive a positive recruitment experience
Conduct high-quality recruitment campaigns
Effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote brand awareness
Provide necessary support to talent acquisition manager
Additional duties as assigned

Required
3-5 year's experience in recruitment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent IT skills – Excel/Word/PowerPoint
Familiarity with any ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills.
Driven, enthusiastic, and committed to continued professional development
Able to form and build good client relationships and work well in a team setting
Demonstrates a high degree of personal integrity, tact, and discretion
Analytical, commercially aware, and fantastic attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Self-starter - Ability to work with deadlines with excellent time management skills but adaptable when required
Well organized, meticulous in approach, and strives for continuous improvement

Organized and detail oriented
Preferred
Experience in recruiting in the construction industry a plus
Bilingual English - Spanish a plus
Familiarly with the entire recruitment lifecycle
Experience in consultancy and/or construction and engineering profiles
