Responsibilities
Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions. It is important that the recruiter is willing to contact candidates on a daily basis.
Conduct interviews via phone
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly quotas
Collaborate with hiring managers

Required
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience
Experience using LinkedIN recruiter and Indeed
Willingness to optimize the recruitment process through the use of tools such as online skills exams, personality assessments, and candidate video submissions
Experience using applicant tracking systems
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Experienced in recruiting best practices
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy, passion, and a sense of urgency
