Responsibilities
Search internet job boards, social media and company ATS (applicant tracking system) to source potential candidates based on what our clients are looking for
Screen resumes/candidates and perform reference checks
Account Management- Maintain communication with candidates, field employees and clients on weekly, monthly basis
Utilize social media and job boards such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Career Builder and other
Track candidates in Excel spreadsheets and ATS
Manage client/candidate feedback and maintain accurate notes in ATS
Participate in Recruiting events as needed
Answer incoming Recruiting calls- heavy call volume
Arrange/manage interviews between candidates and clients
Gain and understand product knowledge of staffing and continue education of the Telecommunications industry

Required
1+ years of recruiting experience required; preferably Telecom Recruiting experience
Must have experience sourcing candidates via job boards and/or social media
Knowledge of recruiting via LinkedIn
Must have knowledge of job boards such as Indeed, Monster and Career Builder
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook and Excel)
Ability to multi-task, handle multiple recruiting assignments and manage multiple projects and open job orders at all times
Excellent communication skills
Excellent phone and interview skills
Maintain the highest standard of professionalism and ethics at all times
