Responsibilities
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Source and recruit candidates by using job boards, databases, social media etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct phone screens
Schedule interviews
Onboard new employees
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Required
At least 2 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in education or a similar field
Knowledge of contemporary recruiting practices
Knowledge of compliance in the employment recruiting industry
A strong desire for results in acquiring best talent
Familiarity with aggregate and non-aggregate job boards
