Responsibilities
Source Candidates: Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Create Job Postings: Write compelling job descriptions and post them across various platforms to attract top talent.
Screen Candidates: Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and enthusiasm for commission-based sales roles.
Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers for a seamless recruitment process.
Evaluate Talent: Assess candidates’ skills and experience, providing clear recommendations to the hiring team.
Support Onboarding: Assist new hires in transitioning smoothly into their roles within the team.
Track Performance: Build and maintain detailed analytics and reports to measure recruitment success and optimize processes.

Required
Skilled recruiter with a passion for finding top talent
Experience in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
