Responsibilities

Support all aspects of the recruiting process, working directly with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers, owning the coordination & logistics of complicated, multi-step interviews.

Ensure that every candidate we have an interaction with is documented and scheduled correctly in our recruiting systems.

Ensure every candidate interaction is customer-focused and that each candidate has a great experience interviewing and communicating with the Angi team.

Work with the recruiting team to help source prospective candidates for hard-to-fill searches.

Recruiting CoordinationHigh Volume Scheduling

Required

Experience in an office environment, teaching, or research, ideally handling high volume scheduling and coordination that requires top notch organization.

Exceptional detail-oriented and organized; ability to manage competing priorities.

Confident and persuasive communicator (written and verbal) able to represent the Angi Talent Brand professionally.

Inquisitive and likes doing research in order to solve problems and identify solutions.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment; always goes above and beyond.

Bachelor's degree.

Ability to work Eastern Time work hours.
