Responsibilities
Take charge of coordinating our multi-step interview processes, ensuring every detail is in place for a smooth candidate journey.
Build strong relationships with our candidates and team, ensuring communication is friendly, professional, and always confidential.
Effectively partner with recruiters to bring creative recruiting operations ideas to life.
Collaborate with cross functional partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
Track, manage, and optimize every interaction while serving as the go-to contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining accurate data in our applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

Required
2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you’re professional, approachable, and enjoyable to work with.
A team player, thriving in a collaborative space with lots of moving parts.
Impeccable organizational skills and your attention to detail runs deep.
Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities with ease to keep things moving seamlessly.
A creative, process-oriented mindset, always spotting opportunities for innovation and improvement.
A natural ability to connect with all kinds of people—candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders alike.
You have a general understanding of relevant recruiting tools, such as Google Workspace and Greenhouse (ATS).
Preferred
You’re located within the western half of the USA, or are willing to work Pacific Time hours.
You’re an expert when it comes to working within Greenhouse (ATS).
