Headhunting / Sourcing / Recruiting ALL types of Sales Reps
You will be guided on how to find these people
But there will be lots of self study + research + watching videos required for this role
65% of your time will go into research + learning
35% of your time will go into implementation of your learnings

Required
Ability to commit to a 3 month unpaid internship
Ability to support yourself financially during the internship
Availability to work 20-25 hours per week
Proper home office setup to conduct recruitment interviews
Willingness to become a student of sourcing & headhunting
