Responsibilities

Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring for technical and operational roles.
Partner with hiring managers and build pipelines through outreach and networking.
Identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
Lead the evaluation and implementation of our ATS and other recruitment technologies.
Optimize the candidate experience and interview process.
Build relationships with key recruitment partners, agencies, and platforms.
Design and deliver interview training programs for hiring managers and interviewers.
Coach interviewers on effective interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and hiring best practices.
Partner with the Director of People Operations and Discipline Directors to develop and implement role-specific interview processes and evaluation criteria.
Provide guidance on talent market trends and closing strategies.
Support hiring managers including aiding with making the right hiring decisions across the organization that support the company’s mission and values.

Required

Bachelor's degree
6+ years full life cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience running end to end recruiting processes
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across a growing organization

Preferred

Experience working in Lever
Experience recruiting within the federal contracting space or consulting space
Experience working successfully in a remote environment
Experience implementing recruiting strategy
