Responsibilities
Collaborate with an assigned regional operations team by attending recurring meetings
Post open requisitions for assigned regional territory
Update open requisitions as needed
Review new applications and forward to the appropriate hiring manager within an assigned territory
Complete daily reports and disseminate to regional hiring managers

Perform other duties as assigned

Required
High School Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Superb communication skills, both oral and written
Proactive, independent, and takes initiative with consistent follow through
Exceptional capability to multi-task and prioritize with excellent organization and documentation skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Capable of working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) highly desired
Previous Insurance Loss Control experience a plus
