Responsibilities

Proactively identify and engage contractors specializing in property reconstruction and mitigation services through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms.

Use a CRM (HubSpot) and support tools to manage contractor leads, track progress, and ensure timely enrollment.

Effectively communicate Westhill’s value proposition, business model, and growth opportunities to prospective contractors to secure their commitment.

Guide contractors through the enrollment process, ensuring all required documentation and profile information is accurate, complete, and compliant.

Monitor and manage the execution of Master Network Participant Agreements (MNPA) with contractor partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to establish systems access and ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractor partners, acting as a trusted advisor and a positive representative of the Westhill brand.

Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and drive contractor engagement.
