Responsibilities
Ensure timely closure of positions and achievement of team recruitment goals.
Oversee the entire cycle of interaction with hiring managers (from receiving recruitment requests to resolving complex cases).
Analyze recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve the hiring funnel.
Personally manage and close challenging roles.
Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with the team.

Required
At least 2 years of experience managing remote teams.
6+ years of recruitment experience.
Proven track record of hiring in the US, EU, and LatAm markets.
Fluent English and Russian.
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with hiring managers.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment requiring independence, agility, and engagement.
Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
