Responsibilities
Lead complex Red Team operations, simulating advanced cyber-attacks to test and improve our security measures.
Execute advanced penetration testing, specializing in antivirus and EDR evasion, advanced web vulnerability exploitation, and Active Directory attacks.
Develop and implement tactics for persistence, privilege escalation, and exploitation of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Innovate and contribute to research and development projects, creating new attack techniques and tools.
Collaborate with various security teams to share knowledge and improve overall security strategies.
Mentor and develop skills in junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in offensive security.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in offensive security roles and Red Team operations.
Proven track record in advanced penetration testing and Red Team engagements.
Expertise in antivirus and EDR evasion techniques.
Advanced skills in web vulnerability exploitation and Active Directory exploitation.
Proficiency in developing persistence and privilege escalation tactics.
Experience in cloud infrastructure exploitation (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead complex operations.
Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Preferred
Possession of relevant certifications such as OSCE3, OSED, OSMR, OSCP, OSWP, CRTO, CRTE, BSCP, GRTP will be an advantage.
