Responsibilities

Obtain orders, service existing accounts, and establish new accounts with enthusiasm.
Identify, prospect, consult, spec, configure, quote, and sell our products to expand our customer base.
Work cooperatively with management to create and implement a sales strategy to exceed goals for each market segment or product family.
Maintain an organized sales strategy while communicating with prospects, customers, and management through a CRM System.
Be willing to work with a team to take care of key national accounts.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on products, and new strategies from customer contacts and current industry trends.
Resolve potential customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and confirm that all transactions are completed in a highly ethical and professional manner.

Required

Successful industrial sales experience a must.
Confidence in developing trusted relationships through effective communication and listening skills.
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to effectively manage your time, deadlines, and customer expectations.
Mechanically minded and able to grasp various equipment designs and operations.
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant education with proper training and experience.
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, and CRM.

Preferred

Truck, construction/rental equipment, or trailer sales experience preferred.
Prefer applicant reside in Houston, TX, or the Atlanta, GA area.
