Responsibilities
Consistent contact with dealers through in-person visits, email updates, and regular check-in calls.
Stay informed about dealers' current projects, potential targets, and key clients.
Assist in project design, quoting, and provide technical support.
Introduce dealers to current and new products that complement their business.
Demo current and new gear to showcase real-world scenarios of product use.
Ensure dealers are set up with proper programs and incentives for business growth.
Seek out and onboard new qualified dealers in production, integration, and lighting.
Connect with venues in need of audio, video, lighting, or control equipment and link them with qualified dealers.
Develop opportunities with end users to drive business through the dealer channel.

Required
Must be located in the Las Vegas area and familiar with the city and surrounding areas in Southern Nevada
5+ years of experience as a tech, sales person or in a leadership role in the professional audiovisual and/or lighting industry either with a production company, integrator, as a freelancer role or with a venue or casino
Ability to travel daily/weekly for dealer visits and occasional tradeshow and meetings in town and around the county
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Vehicle capable of carrying demo equipment
