Responsibilities
Present and sell Recuro Health's innovative solutions to brokers and other stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging existing connections when possible.
Travel locally (25%-35%) for client visits, benefit conferences, and team meetings.
Develop proposals, create compelling PowerPoint presentations, and manage reports using Excel and PDFs.
Adapt quickly to evolving environments and priorities.
Meet and exceed sales goals through a structured, process-oriented approach.

Required
Active health license.
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in health insurance or related fields.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs, and generating detailed reports.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; outgoing and adaptable personality.
Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation to achieve results.
Preferred
Relevant educational background in business, healthcare, or a related field (degree or certification).
Experience working with MEC plans, brokers, and TPAs.
Established relationships within the health insurance sector.
